Far away from the chaos of Istanbul, Pimodek Architecture has carried out a full renovation of a private family house for an art collector a young couple and their two children. The house dating back to the 90’s completely redesigned and became a contemporary cocoon with a warm colour palette, natural materials, well-crafted details, and spatial continuity.

The three-storey living space is divided into private and shared spaces in between levels. The stairs that connect the ground level and upper ones are demolished and redesigned because of functional and aesthetic necessities. Adding a swimming pool, the structure is thought of as a living space blurring the boundaries between the interior and exterior thanks to its wide openings.
