Situated in Çamlıca, the project features an underground annex for a private residence, complemented by sports and event areas as well as landscaped grounds. Within the annex, a display garage showcases the family’s car collection, accompanied by a Turkish bath and spa. Above ground, the space is envisioned as a green roof, with skylights bringing natural light and ventilation into these wellness areas. Around the tennis court, a height-adjustable fencing system ensures coherence in the landscape design, while in the open-air event area, a sun-shading canopy adds both comfort and character.
