The project encompasses the office renovation of EAS Engineering, located in Polat Tower. To create an industrial atmosphere reflecting the company’s spirit, all walls are stripped back, and raw materials such as red-brick, exposed concrete, and micro-concrete are applied across the surfaces. The layout is completely reconfigured: the ground floor accommodates an open office and lounge area, while executive offices are positioned on the upper floor. Connecting the two levels, a spiral staircase in steel and deep burgundy introduces a sculptural and fluid transition between floors.
