The five-storey residential block, designed and constructed by Pimodek Architecture, features a rooftop duplex conceived as a contemporary living space for the family who owns the building. The lower levels are configured as rental apartments. While the eaves of the building are clad in copper and their undersides finished with timber, a nature-sensitive design approach is adopted by preserving the existing trees on the plot and allowing them to pass through the roof overhang.
