As a tranquil retreat for a large family, the three-storey farmhouse designed and constructed by Pimodek Architecture is guided by spatial clarity and functional simplicity. The ground floor is dedicated to communal areas, accommodating shared spaces for family gatherings and everyday routines, while the upper level houses private areas such as bedrooms, offering comfort and serenity. Below, the basement level serves as a wellness zone, featuring a spa, Turkish bath, and swimming pool, conceived as a sanctuary for relaxation. The facade gained a sense of dynamism through a modernized bay window inspired by traditional Istanbul houses.
